My own journey of survival, and living a happy healthy life, alongside my education and training has given me insight into the many challenges we encounter. This enables me to bring a high level of wellness coaching, empathy, respect, and understanding to living your best life, with a feeling of more control over your future.
My learning and experience allows me to help guide you. The success stories reflect the success of integrative medicine using the metabolic theory approach to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of health and life satisfaction.
My own cancer story alongside my education and training completes my wellness coaching toolbox – allowing me to provide you, the client, with some direction, feeling in control with the tools and methods you need to feel happy in your life, no matter where you are in your journey and live for today.
With a 13 year history as a compassionate psychologist, Natalie has dedicated her career to empowering individuals across teenagers, adults and families, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. Proficient in therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, and EMDR, Natalie ensures tailored approaches for her clients.
Moving to be a clinical counselor, Natalie expands her focus beyond traditional mental health paradigms, exploring the link between emotional and nutritional well-being. Inspired by her own journey as a cancer thriver, she now adds metabolic terrain health and radical remission coaching, offering a comprehensive, whole-body perspective in her practice.
Whether working with private clients, supporting individuals through organisations she works with, Natalie is committed to fostering lasting positive transformations. Her passion for integrated wellness goes beyond the medical model, creating a safe space to explore the interplay between mental and physical health.

For over a century cancer treatment has made only moderate advancements in outcomes and quality of life. This is because we stopped asking about what had gone wrong, why did cancer take root in the first place. Two people can have completely different reasons for getting the exact same type of cancer, because everything about these people is different. Their genetics, hormone balance, immune function, what they are exposed to, how they handle stress and what they eat. Yet their cancer treatments are barely varied, stock standard symptom management.
