Natalie dedicated her career working with community (prior to full time private practice) empowering individuals across a range of ages and presentations.
For 15 years Natalie practiced as an empathetic, connected and compassionate psychologist in private practice. She worked with teenagers, adults and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. Natalie is formally trained and proficient in therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, and EMDR, Natalie ensures tailored approaches for her clients.
Natalie has further expanded her skill set beyond basic traditional psychology and mental health, exploring links such as that between emotional and nutritional well-being and brings health coaching into her work. Through her years of practice and training Natalie has discovered and explored the research and undeniable links between our mental health, trauma, emotion, addiction, nutrition, illness, depression and anxiety.
Inspired by her own health ups and downs culminating in an 8 year journey as a cancer thriver, in addition to her mental health work, Natalie now proudly offers metabolic terrain health advocacy, radical remission workshops and coaching, offering a comprehensive mental health and wellbeing to people with chronic health. From the doing to the sharing and teaching.
When working with chronic health conditions and cancer surviviors and thrivers she brings balanced and Integrated care to the forefront. Intergrating a combination of standard of care alongside taking further steps to enhance your proactive control of your emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
Whether working with private clients with various presentations or supporting individuals through organisations such as Victim Support or the NDIS, Natalie is committed to fostering lasting positive transformations that meet each client where they are at, offering the support they choose and supportively drawing them through to a happier and healthier outlook.
Her passion for integrated wellness goes beyond the basics of the medical model, creating a safe space to explore the interplay between mental and physical health and integrated healthcare.

Her focus is on cultivating resilience and fostering a real sense of inner balance in her clients. My own cancer story alongside my many years of education and training in emottional health, completes my wellness coaching toolbox – allowing me to provide you, with some direction, feeling in control with the tools and methods you need to feel happy in your life, no matter where you are in your journey and live for today.
My own journey of survival, and living a happy healthy life, alongside my education and training has given me insight into the many challenges we encounter. This enables me to bring a high level of wellness coaching, empathy, respect, and understanding to living your best life, with a feeling of more control over your future.
My training and experience over the last few years allows me to help guide you. I do not profess to be a nutritional export, however, the success stories reflect the success of integrative medicine using the metabolic theory approach to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of health and life satisfaction. For over a century cancer treatment has made only moderate advancements in outcomes and quality of life. This is because we stopped asking about what had gone wrong, why did cancer take root in the first place. Two people can have completely different reasons for getting the exact same type of cancer, because everything about these people is different. Their genetics, hormone balance, immune function, what they are exposed to, how they handle stress and what they eat. Yet their cancer treatments are barely varied, stock standard symptom management.
